1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Wedding Design Center (WDC Gown), "WDCGown.com", you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Returns and Exchanges Policy
2.1 Returns:
All sales are considered final unless there is an error on our part.
We only accept returns if approved by our team. Please refrain from returning items until you receive approval from the Wedding Design Center team.
The return request must be submitted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. They should be in the original packaging with all tags attached and not ironed.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team for approval before sending the item back.
2.2 Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items or in cases of an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and style. Size and color exchanges are treated as returns and require a new order placement.
3. Order Cancellation
3.1 Cancellation by Customer:
Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Once the order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are confirmed.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis within a limited time frame.
3.2 Cancellation by Wedding Design Center (WDC Gown):
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing:
Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment:
We accept payments through our website. Your payment information is securely processed, and we do not store your payment details.
