Kindly be informed that all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless there was an error on the part of the Wedding Design Center (WDC Gown).

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We recommend reviewing the size carefully before making your purchase.
Color, Style, and Size Selection:
Ensure that you choose the right color, style, and size before placing your order. Double-checking these details will contribute to a seamless shopping experience.
We only accept returns if approved by our team. Please refrain from returning items until you receive approval from the Wedding Design Center (WDC Gown).
The return request must be submitted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. They should be in the original packaging with all tags attached and not ironed.
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, contact our customer support team at info@WDCGown.com or (714) 498-4354. Provide proof of approval, your order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
In the case of a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
You are responsible for selecting the correct color, size, and style. If you wish to exchange an item, after getting the approval from the Wedding Design Center, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made items, modified and altered items, all kinds of jewelry like earrings and other pierced jewelry, crowns, and other accessories for hygiene reasons, and items marked as final sale.
